Overview & Highlights

Nestled in the heart of Williamstown, PA, Willow Tree Ice Cream is more than just an ice cream shop—it's a cherished community gem where every scoop tells a delicious story. From the moment you step into their inviting location at 505 Julian St, the friendly smile of the owners sets the tone for an unforgettable treat, creating a warm and welcoming vibe that perfectly complements a sunny summer day.

Willow Tree Ice Cream takes immense pride in crafting a wide variety of flavors that captivate the senses and cater to every craving. Whether you're indulging in a classic banana split prepared the right old-fashioned way, as praised by Christopher Futrell, or diving into innovative favorites like the Caramel Pretzels Razzle — hailed by Victoria P as the best she's ever tasted — each bite bursts with rich, creamy perfection. The shop’s offerings are thoughtfully designed to marry nostalgic favorites with unique twists, like Tyler Mace's favorite blueberry syrup topping on his banana split, ensuring every visit feels fresh and exciting.

Customers rave not only about the irresistibly creamy texture and robust flavors but also about the shop's unbeatable prices. It’s rare to find such generous portions—like four large sundaes under twenty dollars—that never compromise quality or taste. Katrina Rezabek sums it up beautifully: "They have the best flavors and prices around. It’s our favorite summer treat."

The true magic of Willow Tree lies in the genuine passion behind their ice cream. You can tell the owners pour their hearts into every scoop, as Tyler Mace warmly notes, "You can tell the owners love what they do." This heartfelt dedication is evident in the super-friendly service and the careful attention to detail, such as never skimping on toppings or mix-ins.

Whether you’re wrapping up a perfect day at nearby Lake Tobias—like Mary Synnott did with her fantastic sweet ending—or spontaneously stopping by for a quick, delicious break as Bradley Kleinfelter did during a ride, Willow Tree Ice Cream elevates simple moments into treasured memories.

For those seeking an authentic, small-town ice cream experience bursting with flavor, warmth, and incredible value, Willow Tree Ice Cream is an absolute must-visit destination in the Valley. Every visit promises to delight your taste buds and leave you eagerly planning your next trip back.

Stopped here this evening while out for a ride. Great location, ice cream was great!

Their ice cream is always delicious!! Tried caramel pretzels razzle for the first time and oh my gosh best one i tasted yet. The owners are always super sweet!

Really affordable prices and my banana split was made the right old fashioned way

Great flavors and service and prices! Wonderful small town summer treat!

Willow Tree has the absolute best ice cream in the Valley! I highly recommend a Peanut Butter Brownie Fudge Razzle, but anything is good.

Perfect ending to a perfect day at Lake Tobias!! Ice cream was amazing and prices were fantastic

We love getting icecream at Willow tree. They have the best flavors and prices around. It’s our favorite summer treat

Willow Tree consistently has great ice cream. Lots of options and some really unique selections like banana splits with BLUEBERRY syrup (my favorite!) and cherry sundae's! Super friendly and they don't skimp on the toppings / mix ins. They are extremely super affordable. It's the only place I know where you can get four LARGE sundae's and not even break 20 bucks. You can tell the owners love what they do!
